Small-but-mighty arts nonprofit centers youth and succeeds virtually

Organization: TeenTix Changemakers

Team Members: Ariel Glassman and Cody Hays (core team) and Suhailah Waheed (Common Great Co-op)

Our team helped TeenTix - the hub of youth arts engagement and leadership in Seattle - pull off a fun, on-brand, successful virtual event in 2021. As a TeenTix board member, Ariel did pro bono work to set the overall strategy and event plan, and helped design a youth-centered content and storytelling strategy that showcased the incredible teen program participants. Cody designed a visual brand for the event and crafted a thorough digital marketing plan that was up to the challenge of this digital-native organization, and spearheaded the video production. Suhailah worked on the front line of TeenTix, excelling at project management, development operations and tech setup, marketing execution, table captain relationships, and more. Moments after the credits rolled, TeenTix donors came through and helped beat the $45,000 goal - and then we partied at a virtual Zoom karaoke afterparty! Check out the event video to see a one-of-a-kind moment close the show.
